Shehab Embabi

Shehab is a mechanical and systems engineer with experience spanning large scale technology manufacturing and custom machining environments. He has led engineering teams responsible for improving manufacturing performance through process optimization, automation, and data driven decision making. With a background in advanced manufacturing operations, analytics, and systems engineering, Shehab brings a practical and solutions focused approach to engineering challenges.

At E2 Sphinx Solutions, Shehab is committed to ensuring each client’s needs are understood and addressed with professionalism, clear communication, and thoughtful engineering execution. His focus is on delivering reliable, well engineered solutions that help customers move from concept to production with confidence.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Jon Ellens

Jon is a mechanical engineer with experience in product design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing environments. He has led the development of complex electromechanical systems from early concept through testing and deployment, working closely with cross functional teams and manufacturing partners to deliver reliable, high performing solutions. His background includes mechanical design, simulation, failure analysis, and improving manufacturing processes to support efficient and high quality production.

At E2 Sphinx Solutions, Jon focuses on developing practical engineering solutions that help organizations bring innovative products to market while strengthening the performance and reliability of their manufacturing processes. His work emphasizes thoughtful design, rigorous analysis, and a commitment to solving complex technical challenges.

He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. Jon is also a U.S. Air Force veteran, where he developed strong leadership and operational discipline through a decade of service.
