Who we are
Jon and Shehab met while studying Mechanical Engineering in college, where they quickly discovered a shared passion for solving real-world problems through thoughtful design and engineering. Their journey began during their senior design project, where they partnered with a company in Uganda to design and build a solution that eliminated harmful bacteria on millet, helping improve food safety within the company’s production process.
That experience reinforced the power of practical engineering to create meaningful impact. Today, Jon and Shehab bring that same mindset to every project they take on through E2 Sphinx Solutions, offering reliable engineering expertise and thoughtful design solutions to businesses in their community. Their focus is on turning ideas into manufacturable, well-engineered products through collaboration, precision, and attention to detail.
What we do
At E2 Sphinx Solutions, we provide end-to-end engineering support to help companies turn ideas into reliable, manufacturable products. Our expertise spans product design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing optimization. From concept development and 3D CAD modeling to detailed drawings with GD&T, we design solutions with manufacturability, assembly, and real-world performance in mind. We support product development through simulation and analysis including FEA, CFD, MATLAB, and Simulink, along with data analysis, failure investigations, and structured validation processes such as FMEA and design verification testing. Our team also works directly with manufacturing environments to develop processes, implement lean improvements, design fixtures and tooling, and optimize production efficiency. In addition, we offer reverse engineering, value engineering, material selection, prototype development, and global sourcing support to ensure designs move efficiently from concept to production.
